Blowing away audiences not just with clever samples, but an onslaught of layered beats, big bass, and sudden switches to live improvised remixes that pull crowds deep into their world.  Having shared the stage or collaborated with artists such as Kid Koala, RJD2, DJ Food and D-Styles, among others, iNSiDEaMiND use vinyl and finely tuned turntable skills as their main ingredient to create live original compositions, their sound is often described as "listening to a movie".  Comparisons range from DJ Krush to Flying Lotus, Boards of Canada, and Portishead.  Naturally their sound varies in mood and tempo bringing imaginary worlds to life.   
 
In May 2007 iaM embarked on recording their debut album, the musical journey to a land they call Scatterpopia. Scatterpopia features guest appearances by the likes of Ninja Tune's own Ghislain Poirier and the vocal genius of Laura Barrett, not to mention a series of collabos and remixes from artists across the globe.
