Digital Audio:

• All Digital Audio formats are of 256Kbps MP3 quality.
• Sometimes we may release Digital Audio for free. You'll find these freebies under special deals on the left hand column. Follow the Shop Guide below to get your download. You won't have to use PAYPAL cause you won't be charged for anything! HOWEVER you can contribute something back to us (in kind for our generous gift to you) by adding a Donation Coupon to your cart. These coupons are found in the right column.

Purchasing Info:

• We use PAYPAL for all our online transactions. IF you don't use PAYPAL you can purchase items with a cheque, money order or in person at one of our events. Please contact us directly at shop )at( ptrmusic.com with your request.

Shop Guide:

• Click "Music" in the navigation bar at the top and browse through the releases.
• At any point in your browsing click on a yellow buy icon to add an item to your cart.
• After you add an item it will show your cart and it's contents.
• Review your cart contents and add or delete items with the modify and delete buttons.
• Keep browsing or Proceed to checkout by following the links under your cart.
• The first step in the checkout process is agreeing to our terms Terms of Sale (see Terms below).
• Next fill out your personal information for our records. Please see the *** note below.
• Choose your shipping method and amount.
• Review your purchase total and click the PayPal buy it now button.
• Complete the PayPal steps.
• After the transaction is complete you will be brought to a page on our site that will confirm the sale from us.
• You will also receive an email from us with your download links.

*** It is important to know that Public Transit Recordings does not have access to your credit card information. All this information is collected on a secure server that is operated by "Paypal", our merchant account provider.

*** It is also important to know that after any approved transactions Public Transit Recordings will not disclose your personal information (name, email, address, phone number) to any third party. Although, We (Public Transit Recordings Inc.) may send website or webstore updates to you via email. If you don't want these you can request that to us at anytime.



Terms of Sale

1) NO REFUNDS: Once your records and CDs have been shipped and received, Public Transit Recordings will not accept a return. We will not issue a refund on returned items.

2) LOST SHIPMENTS: For items that do not get delivered to the customer by the time specified, please contact us at shop )at( ptrmusic.com and we will make arrangements to resend the lost shipment. The lost order cannot be refunded only replaced at no charge to you.

3) DAMAGED ITEMS: For items that are damaged during shipment contact us shop )at( ptrmusic.com. We will make arrangements to receive the damaged items back and then send new products in return. The damaged shipment cannot be refunded only replaced at no charge to you.

4) CANCELLATION for WRONG SHIPPING DESTINATION: Make sure you select the correct shipping destination. If your address does not correspond with the shipping destination chosen, your order will be cancelled. You will not receive your music and a we will have to refund your order.
